When I wrote to CurrClick about my complaint with the Hands of A Child product I ordered, they responded immediately - that same day. I don't know what exactly had gone wrong, but they sent me a replacement that was perfect! This is what I had expected in the first place, who knows, maybe my computer didn't download it fully, maybe they didn't do something right there. But they were on it so fast and efficiently; I am one happy customer!
I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt anyway because I had never had a problem before. It's nice to know that if I ever do, they offer excellent customer service!
