D produced his first claymation video last night and put it on the computer! He worked hard to make it with his digital camera and Play-doh, then read the instruction manual (did you get that? He's a male, hates to read, but he READ the manual!) to find out exactly how to make it run as a real video on the computer! I'm so proud of him, he's wanted to do one of these for years but thought it was something only grownups with complicated tools could do. Then he started discovering little hints about how he maybe could consider doing it if he had an awesome-beyond- our-reach dream-about camera. THEN he discovered it was actually possible; you should have seen his eyes light up when he realized we had everything RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW and he could do it! It was wonderful!
He won't let me put it on here, he's a little perfectionist and wants a better one.
